We had a decent stay, but the shower was a bit dodgy and the heating went way too hot. The location was sweet as, heaps close to the city!

A surprisingly lovely stay
During my time here, I was touched by how friendly the staff was, and it seemed like they were dedicated to improving the space. The location was incredibly convenient, making everything accessible.
The room could have benefited from better sound-proofing, as I could hear noises from the neighboring units, interrupting my sleep. the showers had intermittent issues, which could use some attention.

Had a great time with friends! The place was perfect for our group getaway. We loved having the option to surf the web and the communal kitchen was a big plus for us. We also checked out the local cafes nearby, all within walking distance. It's good value for the price and the location is convenient for exploring.
One downside was the digital lock. it felt a bit uneasy since it was the only lock. A deadbolt or second lock would’ve been better for peace of mind, especially during the night.

The location is perfect for exploring Belfast! But I did find mice traps under the beds, which was a bit unsettling. 😬

absolutely disappointing! the shower was broken, and you could hear every word from the room next door. I woudl've proably left a good review if there was even a single complimentary bottle of water offered for my troubles. this place has potential, but who wants to stay somewhere so unsanitary?

The location was perfect for our family with teen kids, just a short stroll to cafés and shops on Botanic Avenue. We really enjoyed having the chance to surf the web in comfort, and the room had everything we needed.
My kids wished for better sound-proofing between rooms.

It was just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Belfast with good value. There was reliable Wi-Fi, which was super helpful for planning our days. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

It was just a good match for a flying visit in Belfast with fantastic value for money. The digital lock on the door made me feel secure enough during my stay. Try to get a room on lower floors to avoid long stair climbs.
